- I would like to get you started on the right foot of buying your first home. I will start out by saving you money on your home. I will inspect over 500 items in your new home from the roof to the basement floor, then I will give you some suggestions if needed to help you out, I will also let you know if you have a pest problem that needs to be taken care of.
- ,I will give you a 12 pg book of the inspections that are required and if you need some other things checked in your home like mold testing or any kind of nuisance that you need or just want done and I will do tests for you as well. After I check all of this I then give you the book so you are aware of what is going on in your home.
You at this point give the book to your closer and save some more money by proving that the house was Inspected by a professional
